The JA Company Program Student EXPO/Trade Fair is a one day student event where more than 300 high school students from over 60 secondary schools who will have completed the JA Company Program will be competing for the coveted Biashara Award and Kiongozi Award as they present their annual business reports to a panel of judges drawn from the private sector. During the Competitions, the students will also be given stands to show-case and sell their products/services, present company reports to visitors, and participate in business discussions.

A school situated in such a community has the responsibility to make an investment in the lives of the children. The Principal, staff and members of the community have made concerted efforts to make a difference in the lives of our children. The school believes that it is very easy to be poor but with hard work and dedication we can rise above our circumstances.

Junior Achievement South Africa forms part of the Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide group. How is JASA set up in South Africa and who is the company working with?
JA Worldwide is the bigger international organisation and in each country is a stand-alone unit. The major, mostly private corporates, such as Investec, Sasol, FNB Commercial, Deloitte, Toyota, Citi, General Electric and a couple of trusts such as the (Iqraa Trust) in KZN, are Junior Achievement SA’s funders.
